  The Office of the Prime Minister (Gender and Child Affairs) in collaboration with Children Authority of Trinidad and Tobago held a Graduation Ceremony for "It Takes a Village"         training programme for persons working in Community Residences and child centred organisations. One hundred participants from thirty seven (37) organisations were trained 

  in this programme.

  The programme was conducted for 8 months and was especially designed for upgrading the skills of persons working in Community Residences and other child friendly          organisations.
